The Turtle Hospital

I didn't take many pictures at the hospital because they have so many great ones at their website check it out and visit them when in the Keys.

I just have to get me one of these. In red and black of course.

Our tour was conducted by Micah Rogers who was very informative and tolerant of Carl and myself who had just capped off some early morning herping with a stop at the No Name Pub.

Tam, a Green Turtle Chelonia mydas, is named for a friend of mine that did the initial rehab.

Tam, the turtle, suffers from "bubble-butt" and is unable to properly submerge. Tam, the person, would hurt me if I made any inappropriate comparisons between rehabber and rehabbee.
